Welcome to your home away from home which also happens to be our home! Our condo is on the first floor and on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) and only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach – home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 590 square feet; some guests call it small and some call it just right. We have a separate bedroom from the rest of condo, our guests must enter bedroom to reach the bathroom. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

 

The space is perfect for 2 adults and 2 or 3 kids. It is conveniently located on the first floor of the building. You will have to walk up 3 stairs to enter the hallway. As you enter our condo you enter into the living room area and kitchen. There is a sleeper sofa (brand new October 2021) and recliner in the living room with TV and standard cable (Charter Spectrum) and WiFi. There is a private patio off the living room. Our full kitchen also has small appliances like toaster, microwave, and coffee pot (Keurig). We provide all cooking and dining utensils and dinnerware. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen area. Guests have a private bedroom with a comfy King bed (there is no TV in the bedroom) and a huge closet(twin rollaway stored) and bathroom off the bedroom. All towels, wash cloths and soap are provided.
