A 100 year old, recently remodeled farmhouse that sits on the North Fork of the Holston River on 39 acres. Located 7 miles from Abingdon where you can enjoy the Barter Theatre, Martha Washington spa, or the downtown nightlife. It is also 35 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway and 2 hours from the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, or just relax on the front porch and watch the peaceful river flow by.
Fully furnished with 7 clean and comfortable beds. There is a master king suite, two bedrooms with one twin bed each, two bedrooms with one queen each, and a bedroom with two twin beds. A Full bathroom with a shower downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs. There is a long level road in front for bicycling and approx 100 ft. of river frontage. Pet friendly with additional fee (up to 2 pets).

"We really enjoyed our stay. Charming house, very comfortable, lovely surroundings by river. Everything we needed was either there or nearby. The dog enjoyed running along the river bank and playing in the water. So peaceful and loved seeing all the stars at night. Owner was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again."

"The best experience we've had with Airbnb! We felt secluded and safe but were close enough to the things we wanted to do to be convenient. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable with plenty of privacy. The river view and was beautiful, the porch and deck were inviting. rain kept us from us using the kayak and making a fire in the fire pit, but could not stop us from making great family memories!!"

"Beautiful location! Had a good time on the river with the included kayaks/canoes. The 3 top floor bedrooms have 1 access point, limiting privacy and accessibility. We made it work, but didn’t realize that aspect until we arrived. Megan was a great communicator and very helpful/responsive to all pf our questions/concerns during our stay! We really enjoyed the Abingdon area!"
